Straight answers
The questions serious buyers ask first.
Honest answers, in plain words — before any scope conversation.
01Is my business data safe?
Your records stay inside your own workspace. Access is controlled, activity is logged, and the data-protection commitments — where it is hosted, who may process it, and how long it is kept — are written into your agreement, not left to assumption. On the highest tier, Mbunifu Huru, the whole deployment can be scoped to run in an environment you control.
02Why isn't there one fixed price for everything?
Because businesses don't all carry the same work. Public list prices are shown in Kenyan Shillings for the tiers that fit most teams, and the tiers are maturity bands — how much of your operation runs in one place — not a fixed feature checklist. The most-scoped deployments are quoted after a short scope conversation, so you pay for the work you actually run, not a package you half-use.
03Am I locked in? Can I get my data out?
No lock-in by design. The records you put in remain yours, and your agreement sets out how you export them if you ever leave. A department scope you generate is a plain manifest you can read, not a black box. The aim is that you stay because the work is calmer — not because leaving is hard.
04Who owns the data and the work?
You own your business data and the work produced from it. Jueni Afrika operates the software and keeps your workspace running; it does not take ownership of your customers, your records, or your decisions. What each side is responsible for is written in the agreement, in plain terms.
05Is my data used to train AI models?
Your business records are used to run your workspace — not quietly poured into training someone else's model. Any use of data beyond operating your service is stated in your agreement and requires your consent. Where advanced cloud AI is involved, the options and boundaries are labelled clearly before anything is switched on.
06Does it handle KRA, eTIMS, and Kenyan compliance?
It is built for how Kenya actually works — Kenyan Shillings, M-Pesa records, KRA and eTIMS realities, and Swahili alongside English. Finance and compliance work is prepared for review, but filing a return, releasing a payment, or making a tax decision stays with your authorised people. It supports compliance; it does not replace your accountant or your responsibility.
07What happens if it gets something wrong?
Jueni Biashara AI prepares and organises the work; a person approves anything that carries weight — money, tax, contracts, staff, and messages that go out. Because every step keeps its source and its owner, a mistake is visible and traceable, not buried. You are never asked to trust a result you cannot check.
08How do we start, and how quickly?
Start with one job that keeps slipping — collections, stock, sales follow-up, or a clear report. We map it, prove it on real examples, and hand it back as a routine your team can run and check. One honest win first; anything wider comes after that works. Begin at jueniafrika.com/jueni-biashara#early-access.
These are public summaries. Your written agreement is what controls the final terms.
