Working website and beta service terms for Jueni Afrika products.
Service and eligibility
You must be authorised to act for your organisation. Beta features, availability, and pricing may change, and access may be subject to an agreed scope.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully, harmfully, abusively, to infringe rights, breach security, or overload systems. Risk-creating access may be restricted or suspended.
AI-assisted outputs
Outputs may be incomplete or incorrect. Your organisation remains responsible for review and for tax, legal, financial, safety, people, customer, and regulated decisions.
Data and intellectual property
Jueni Afrika retains rights in its software, documentation, and branding. Customers retain rights in their data subject to the applicable agreement and law.
Availability and liability
The beta service is provided subject to the executed commercial terms and applicable law. Final warranties, service levels, liability caps, and exclusions belong in the relevant agreement.
Governing terms
Kenyan law is intended to apply, subject to counsel review and any different provision in an executed agreement.
Questions that affect procurement, privacy, or deployment should be answered in writing.
